Registration Fees
Each accepted paper will be published in the proceedings under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support, and must be presented at the congress.
It is mandatory that the camera-ready, copyright document, registration and payment, are received by the congress by the deadline indicated below as “early registration”.
To register a paper, the participant needs to select the "Speaker" registration. This applies to all types of paper, including student papers and/or poster presentations.
Early registrations are accepted until:
Congress Regular Papers: September 14, 2015Congress Position Papers: October 13, 2015
Non-Speakers: October 13, 2015
Late registrations are accepted until:
Non-Speakers: November 3, 2015After this date, non-speaker registration is available onsite, although congress bags and proceedings are limited to the existing stock.

Non-member registrations include a free INSTICC membership valid until the end of 2016, which can be used in this and in subsequent INSTICC conferences throughout 2016.

It shows also special, discounted registration types, namely “1-day pass” and “Non-speaker options for Program Committee members, Co-Authors or Students”.
